Hello everyone!

Sorry for the delay in posting this blog!

Volunteers: Sorry for not taking the time to thank you personally at the volunteer tea last Thursday. I sincerely want to thank all parents that have been involved to help in any way with our class this year. Your time is always greatly appreciated.

Glenbow Museum: June 9th all day. If you have ordered Healthy Hunger lunch for that day, you can switch it or your child's lunch will be kept in the fridge until Friday at noon. Forms to be completed ASAP, I need at least two more volunteers.

Social Studies: Starting new unit: Alberta and its past.

Math: Starting Data analysis soon. Continue Netmaths's activities in grade 4 curriculum to practice math problem solving in French. This program will be available to grade 4 students until the end of June only. Please take advantage of it!

French: Keep practicing French reading at loud to improve pronounciation.

Decimal numbers: adding and subtracting evaluation on Friday. Please practice on Netmaths!

Science: Evaluation Friday

Religion: Memorize Apostles' Creed for the Rosary

Swimming: Starts tomorrow don't forget swimsuit and towel

St.Rose de Lima play: Thursday morning

Volunteer Tea: Thursday at 2:00pm

Musical residence presentation for everyone: Friday morning in the gym.

Welcome to Deny Laird in our class. (Niriah's new adopted brother).

French: Continue French Reading 4 times a week.
              Correct and sign ER and IR à l'imparfait.
              Imparfait: Other verbs at l'imparfait, no evaluation but homework due on Friday.

Math: Decimal numbers and continue Netmaths at home.

Religion: Memorize prayers for the Rosary.

Science: Continue Simple Machines unit, Gears.
               Read Simples Machines, possible evaluation next week.

Pottery: Friday, May 13th from 12:30 to 3:00,  2-3 volunteers needed. Please let me know.
              Student to bring old toothbrush for pottery activity. Students have to decide which animal
              

they will do.

                    

Swimming: Forms coming soon! Volunteers will be needed to walk to the Churchill Pool in 
                   afternoons.

Heritage Park: We had a great informative day at Heritage Park. Thanks to the volunteers who came with us!

French:  Verbe en IR à l'imparfait. Evaluation vendredi.

Math: Finishing fractions and starting decimals

Anglais/Religion: Individual Googleslide projects

Science: Simple machines unit

Homework: Students are to continue their reading at home program in French first and then in English.

Volunteers: I need at least 2 volunteers for a pottery project on May 13th in the afternoon. Please let me know if you are available.

Swimming lessons: We will need volunteers. Forms to come.
