Here is what we will be covering in class this week:

French: We will be working on French Reading Comprehension with the theme of Mardi Gras. No evaluation this week. Students should go on Razkids and record their voice 4 times this week.

Math:  We will continue our new unit on multiplication. Students will have regular quizzes on basic multiplication facts up to 9 X 9. There will be a problem solving evaluation with multiplication next week. Every student should be at the multiplication level on Xtramath.

English:  Students will also be presenting their Black History Month projects.

Science: We will continue the project where students can either build a laser maze or a sundial.

Social Studies: We will start on our unit on the Rocky mountains soon.

 Religion: Students will start presenting their Black History Month projects. In addition, they will learn about Ash Wednesday and Lent.

 Here is what we will be covering in class this week:

French: There will be an evaluation on Friday on the verb ALLER in the ‘passé composé’ in the affirmative and negative form. Students should go on Razkids and record their voice 3 times this week.

Math:  We are continuing our unit on multiplication. Students will have regular quizzes on basic multiplication facts up to 7 X 7.

English: Students will be working on their Black History Month projects. They will also be learning about Root Words.

Science: We will start a new project where students can either build a laser maze or a sundial.

Social Studies: We have an evaluation on Thursday on the Creation. Students have received a study guide and questions to review.

Religion: Students will be working on their Black History Month projects.

French: We are still reviewing what we've learned so far about nouns, adjectives, verbs and sentence structure. There will be no evaluation this week.   Students are asked to go on Razkids twice and record their reading and do the quiz.

Math:  We are continuing our unit on multiplication. Students are asked to go on Xtramath twice and to try to reach the multiplication level. They should practice regularly their multiplication basic facts.

English: We're starting a Black History Month Project.

 
Science: Evaluation Tuesday.

Social Studies: We are continuing our unit on the Creation of the World, the living things and humans. Evaluation will be after the long weekend.

Religion: Students will be learning about the origins of Valentine's Day and how to find quotes in the Bible.

Jump Rope for Heart : Students are to go to Jumpropeforheart.ca and to register their healthy habit goal. 

Mardi Gras: Don't forget donations for Mardi Gras silent auction.

Valentine's cards: If giving Valentine's cards, students are encouraged to give to everyone in the class. Students are allowed but don't have to give one small peanut free treat to everyone in the class. Here's a list of students names:
